Featuring Dr. Anthony Randall

Dr. Anthony Randall transforms leaders and forges organizational excellence through leadership development and executive coaching as Vanguard XXI’s President/Founder. He has taught, trained, and coached over 15,000 professionals across the US Army, Special Operations Units, Major League Baseball, NCAA Division 1 sports, Fortune 100 and 500 companies, health care, higher education, law enforcement, and the church.

He is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and proprietor of two ICF Credentialed Professional Coaching Courses.

A graduate of the United States Military Academy, West Point, Anthony is an Army Ranger, Chaplain, and retired Lieutenant Colonel. He has six combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan. He holds two master’s degrees in theology and ethics, and a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership.

Anthony served 15 years as a US Army Chaplain for Ranger, Special Forces, and Special Missions; 4 years as a Law Enforcement Chaplain, and 8 years as Chaplain serving the Pittsburgh Pirates.

He holds Japanese Jujitsu and Tae Kwon Do Black Belts, and a Brazilian Jujitsu Purple Belt.

He serves in the Columbus, GA Rotary, is an Assistant Scoutmaster for Troop 555 and is on the board of directors for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Wrestling Georgia, and Skull Games, an Anti-Human Trafficking Organization.

Married for 27 years, Anthony and Jeanine are the parents of Columbus HS Graduate and United States Military Academy Cadet, daughter, Aria; son, William, a senior at Columbus HS; and son, John, a 8th grader at St. Luke School.  Originally from Arvada, Colorado, Anthony now calls Columbus, GA his home.
